This is the biggest project I’ve taken on to date… well… next to the Monster-Tee website.
Fran had gotten me to listen to Great Big Sea’s version of ‘Gallows Pole‘, and as usual, I went slightly over board since it fits in with the type of music I’ve been slowly gravitating towards. So I listened to the Led Zeppelin version,
the Page & Plant Unplugged version, the Muddy Waters version, and a few other songs based on the more traditional
‘Hangman’ song.
After I finished that strip, it snowballed… I added a second part using the song ‘Hangin’ Johnny‘, and a prequel using ‘Lukey‘, and so on. So this is my first attempt at a BIG PROJECT!
